Rum (average grade)
Directions:
Cut Vanilla Beans into pieces (3-4 inches in length) and place in jar. Fill jar with Rum. Let steep 6 months (shaking jar occasionally).
Some people say to chop the beans lengthwise but others say that there is no additional benefit to this method.
